OH - New to letterboxing

From: cavecricket312 (tfearday@hotmail.com) | Date: 2003-09-05 17:36:58 UTC
Hello all you Ohio Letterboxers! Just recently discovered this
pastime - only have 2 stamps in my book so far, but autumn is a great
time to spend time outdoors!

Looking forward to finding all of Flyfisher's and Howlingcrow's boxes
around the Dayton, Ohio area, and am hoping to eventually start
exploring to the south a bit. I even have a couple of ideas of
places to put a couple of my own someday.

Just wanted to say hi.

Cavecricket

Hi Cavecricket!

Addicting pastime isn't it? I am relatively new to boxing as well, and live
in the Cincinnati area. You will fidn that your coleectin of stamps will
grow quite quickly in this area. Had a great day up at John Bryan last
weekend--so I know the quality of boxes you are finding. Cincinnati has some
great boxes as well ,and then if you travel east a bit, well, there's even
more!

Hope to meet you on the trail someday soon.

The John Bryan Letterboxes are a set that I've been trying to find
the time to go do. I've decoded the necessary clues... now I just
need to find a day to go do them!

If you're up this way, keep a lookout for the cavecricket-mobile!

Wow!!! There are other letterboxers closer than 50 miles away.
We were beginning to feel so all alone.
We are in the Springfield area. We have about 6 boxes ready to go if
only the petty things in life like work, school, groceries and all that
boring stuff woud just get out of our way so we could get out and plant
them. Hoping to get out Sunday

Hey, you aren't that far at all!

Crappifishergirl and I are going to hit the JB Frog series by Flyfisher one
day in October--27 boxes seems like a huge undertaking, but I am delusional
at times, lol.

I SAID I was delusional, lol! Lots of mental energy, will probably poop out
after 10 or so. I am interested in trying for a couple of the other Yellow
Springs boxes as well--but we cna chat about that later...

Working on the Shavian translations yet?
